Indonesian business sentiment remained firm in the latest reporting period as CEOs reported stronger sales growth and higher profitability on the back of a better performing economy, lifted by both record-low interest rates and benign inflation.
The overall measure of business sentiment, the Business Sentiment Index (BSI), dipped 0.5 percent to 132.5 in December 2009-January 2010, as political wrangling over the Bank Century case dragged on.
